WV MANUFACTURERS ASSOCIATION ANNUAL MEETING
Glade Springs Resort
June 15-17, 2008
Join us at Glade Springs Resort, for the 2008 WVMA Annual Meeting. The meeting is designed to inform you of important events and issues that face manufacturers today. The conference is open to all manufacturers, associate members, and their families. An exhibit area will be provided where you will find products and/or services that can be utilized in your workplace. Not only will the conference be educational--there will be fun for all--door prizes, golf tournament, bowling tournament, horseback riding, bike rentals, paddle boats, sporting clays, spa, pool, fishing, hiking and other activities.
Lodging
Room reservations can be made by calling Glade Springs, 800-634-5233. Room rates depend on the type of desired room: Inn ($135), other rooms ($99). Please see descriptions on the website:www.gladesprings.com.
Exhibit Information
Setup - Exhibits may be setup between 1 – 5 p.m. Sunday, June 15th. Each space will consist of a 6’ table, tablecloth, skirt, and two chairs. Please have your booth ready before the opening night reception.
Sponsor Information
Sponsorships give your company name recognition throughout the conference. Signs will be posted for the particular event that you sponsor. Sponsoring companies will be announced during the general sessions. Sunday Evening Bowling Tournament - $500; Sunday Evening Reception - $1,000/$500; Sunday Dinner - $1,000/$500; Monday Continental Breakfast - $500; Monday Mid-Morning Break - $500; Monday Evening Reception - $1,000/$500; Monday Evening Dinner - $1,000/$500; Golf $50 (per hole)
